Azure DevOps Engineer
Role Description
– Respond to IT support requests from clients as related to infrastructure and software issues via multiple sources in Azure IaaS and PaaS
– Working closely with the Software development team
– Ensuring the availability of the underlying Infrastructure
– Communicate updates on issues in a timely manner to ensure client satisfaction and productivity
– Troubleshoot and diagnose escalated problems by evaluating multiple options using checklists and guides
– Seek technical assistance or escalate problems when necessary
– Meets timelines to drive the delivery of tickets SLAs
– Creates and owns process documentation
– Willing to learn new technologies and products
– Ensuring high customer satisfaction
Role Requirements
2+ years of related technical experience in the areas of Server Administration
1+ years of experience with Azure Operations
Basic experience in PowerShell scripting
Basic knowledge in DevOps practices and toolchain
Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
Understanding and following of the ITIL processes and Scrum Agile Methodology
Ability to quickly adapt to new situations and changing priorities
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
