MacOSX Support Engineer
Within the cluster Workplace and unified Communications we provide a global end-to-end operation of workplace services (hardware and software at the workplace, MyCom, all phones, collaboration tools, SharePoint) and customer-oriented continuous innovation. This includes vendor/supplier/outsourcing management (e.g. DXC, BT) as well as strategic development.
The Commerzbank MacOSX system is designed as a zero-touch system. All requirements are implemented centrally.
The end user is normal user (standard rights) All configurations are made without user interaction. Test and production must be considered separately. The system is fully managed and configured as a ZTB domain client.
User group are developer, tester, designer, device types currently used: MacMini and Macbooks.
